Specification of the car that inspired retro car kedigjayaan AE86 was revealed on the website FT86club after manual car caught on camera. Previously, the face of this car also had leaked from the sample brochure printed by Toyota.
In the manual it was revealed that this car is a coupe car that will use rear-wheel drive system, aka a rear wheel drive.

In the low-spec model Toyota claims that the FT-86 is able to consume 7.7 liters per 100 km with a combination of road conditions. While the high-spec model of consumption is more efficient again, reaching 8.1 liters per 100 km.
For weight, the car has a tank capacity of up to 50 liters of gasoline weighs 1210 kg for the FT-86 low-spec and 1230 kg for the FT-86 high-spec. So the 6-speed automatic transmission which carried the FT-86 high-spec has a weight difference of up to 20 kg compared to FT-86 that uses a low-spec 6-speed manual transmission.
Even so, all models of this car will be equipped with a variety of devices ranging from standard Vehicle Stability Control (ESC), six airbags, an adjustable steering wheel and rear seat can be folded-pairs for two passengers.
