Honda's most environmentally friendly cars in Los Angeles



After releasing All New Honda CR-V, Honda Fit and Honda EV unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show 2011. Honda Fit EV officially are marketed in the United States from the summer of 2012.

Honda Fit (Jazz) apply technology developed for the FCX Clarity fuel cell in combination with Lithium-ion battery is 20 kWh and 92-kilowatt electric motor.

The battery can be recharged through 200V power source. Within 6 hours of battery will be fully charged, and with a full battery condition, this car can walk along a distance of 160 km.

This car is designed for people who think about the urban environment. Honda Fit has 3 choices Mode Electric Drive System, which was adopted from the Honda CR-Z Sport Hybrid.

As quoted from the Honda site, Thursday (11/17/2011) 2013 Honda Fit EV will be marketed at U.S. $ 36,625.

"Fit Honda EV is an important step in alternative cars," said Executive Vice President of Sales, American Honda Motor Co., John Mendel. "No other car on the planet who embody the future of transportation," he continued.
