Losses in Thailand's Automotive Industry almost 115, 1 Trillion



Thailand has resulted in flooding the automotive industry losses reached 13 billionU.S. dollars, or Rp115, 1 trillion. To help manufacturers of automotive components(including electronics), Thailand has deployed soldiers reduce the impact of flooding.

"Last week's losses amounting to roughly (13 billion U.S. dollars). That's just a rough estimate," Just-Auto beber quoting a source without mentioning his name.

"We keep asking about the current state of the company (automotive) to calculatethe cost of losses. It is difficult to know without doing any damage suffered by review of first," continued the source.

"Most producers will see the damage their production machines. Especially forelectronics, can not be repaired. But press equipment and machinery can still be saved," continued the source.
